Technical Requirements:	Excellent and enthusiastic at software design, analysis and programming. Able to think at high level of abstraction and fundamentally good at logical deduction. Able to think out-of-the-box. Capable of delivering completed projects by preset deadline with at least specified quality. Good command of object-oriented design, programming and testing. Able to read and document software projects.  Will be comfortable programming in Borland JBuilder.  Preferably minimum 2 years of experience in Java programming, with at least 1 year of experience using J2ME. Knowledge in games, utilities, business application systems, distributed/ multi-tier/ web-services/ web-based applications would be an added advantage.
Academic Qualifications:	None (So long as you are ready to work full-time now). Any candidates meeting the Personal Traits and Technical Requirements will be given equal considerations.
