Degree in Human Resource with at least 2 years experience
in similar capacity.
Computer
literacy is a pre-requisite.
Assisting
in HR and office administration functions.
Formulate
plans for development of human resource and benefits in the company.
Well-versed/
sound knowledge with Malaysian Labour Law, Industrial Relations, other Statutory Laws,
personnel matters, employment pass for Senior Management.
Mature
with a pleasant personality, possess strong leadership qualities as well as possess good
interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with all levels.
Good
communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia as well as the ability to interact
with people at all levels.
